The real Tenerife isn't the tourist strip — it's Teide at sunrise, a cove only reachable by boat, a winery in La Orotava that doesn't accept walk-ins. The real Gran Canaria is Vegueta at night, the Maspalomas dunes at sunset, a table at a restaurant nobody else could get. Lanzarote is Cesar Manrique on every corner, vineyards on lava and a peace that doesn't exist on any other island.

NAO Concierge is a luxury concierge and lifestyle management service operating in Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote. We handle everything that makes a stay on the islands genuinely perfect: private transfers, yacht charters, exclusive restaurant reservations, event planning, property management, wellness, tours and unique experiences. Think of us as your personal assistant on the ground, with years of local relationships and insider knowledge that no travel agency can replicate.
Just one service is perfectly fine — and that's how most of our clients start with us. A simple airport transfer, a restaurant reservation, a day on a yacht. No packages, no minimum commitment. Many of our regular clients started with a small request, saw how it worked, and came back for everything else.
For Easter, July, August and Christmas — the sooner the better. The best yachts, the most sought-after restaurants and exclusive venues book up months in advance. We recommend contacting us 6-8 weeks ahead for peak season. That said, if you're already on the island and need something for tomorrow — call us. Last-minute is part of what we do, and our network of contacts means we often get what the booking system says is impossible.
Yes — and honestly, it's one of the things we're known for. We've arranged a yacht for the next morning, a table at a Michelin-star restaurant for the same evening, and a villa upgrade with two hours' notice. We don't guarantee miracles, but we have the right contacts and we pick up the phone at 11pm. If it can be done in the Canaries, we'll find a way.
Yes. When you're a NAO client and on the islands, we're available around the clock. The Canaries don't run on office hours and neither do we. If your flight is delayed until midnight, if something comes up on the yacht, if you need a doctor at 3am — you have a direct line to us.
